Dynamic Lifecycle Innovations in Onalaska is a company that offers this locally.  Per their event ad: “After completely wiping all data and repairing as necessary, electronics are evaluated for reuse, giving them their next best life”.

But then I figured I might as well mention it right away and try to remind via another tip closer to the next event.
