The prospect of returning to being a fully lay-led fellowship in July probably raises mixed emotions in us–fear, disappointment, anger, hope, uncertainty, resolution. Recognizing these various feelings and embracing them is an important part of us working through this transition well. This intergenerational service will be the first of three which will give us the opportunity to think about and discuss where we are as a fellowship, where we wish to be, and how we can get there together.
