“Practicing a Life”

Mindfulness, contemplation, meditation, and prayer are all words to name ways we might practice living more intentionally. We will explore multiple practices as well as the ways in which many practices may point us toward how to better listen to our lives and to one another, no matter what we call these practices.

Rev. Kevin W. Jagoe has served BuxMont Unitarian Universalist Fellowship (near Philadelphia) as minister since 2018. Kevin’s background includes more than a decade of work in the nonprofit sector with organizations. The Midwest is very much the home of his heart. He was a very dedicated lay leader in his home congregation (First Unitarian Society of Minneapolis), has been on staff with four UU congregations around the country, has served on the board of the UU Humanist Association, and is a contributor to the book Humanist Voices in Unitarian Universalism.
