Celebration of the Fall Equinox: Letting Go and Embracing Impermanence

The Fall Equinox marks the time of year for transitioning from an outward, active energy to an inward, reflective energy as we get ready for the dormant winter season. During this sound bath, we will set our intentions, express our gratitude, and prepare for the seasons ahead. The service will include a sound experience with crystal singing bowls, gongs, bells/chimes and other instruments.
