What is the end of life? Not “the end” in the sense of mere termination – ‘game over’ – but end in the sense of final purpose and meaning. What is the point of it all? What are we aging toward? Intentional aging is conscious aging — not merely getting old, but genuinely growing old with awareness and purpose.
