Thanksgiving is a challenging holiday for many reasons, not the least of which is that its significance in American culture is a celebration for some and a sorrow for others. We will honor this complexity. We will also be observing the Unitarian Universalist tradition of sharing a Bread Communion during the service. We will bring bread or baking that has significance for us with an opportunity to share both the bread and its meaning with each other.
