The Soul Matters theme for the month of January is “Finding Our Center.” When was the last time someone asked you about that which lies at the deepest center of who you are? There are many pathways into the place of deep of our deepest spiritual identity. Using materials from the Soul Matters Resource Packet as a guide, we will explore our experiences and understandings of what it means to be ‘centered,’ as well as how it feels when we lose that sense, and what it takes to recover it. There are no ‘prerequisites’ for this class; all are welcome to attend!
