Our Movie for November, It Could Happen To You, is based on a true story of generosity. In lieu of a tip, a New York cop offers a recently bankrupt waitress half of his lottery ticket. It turns out to be the winning ticket and, much to the chagrin of his avaricious wife, the good-hearted officer decides to honor his pledge.   Would you be so generous to someone you don’t even know?
