“Listening Hearts” will be a group of 6-8 people exploring subjects such as “Cultivating Ourselves,” “Going Somewhere?,” “Spiritual Garage Sale,” and “Mental Wellness.” It will meet every other Tuesday evening from 6:30-8:00pm via Zoom, from December 1st through June 1st.

Once the group is formed, it will become closed in order to encourage the development of meaningful relationships. Regular attendance is required, and there will be a small amount of reading between each session, with a selection of activities to try on your own.

Registration is due by November 24th, so please reply to this email if you’d like to join our intrepid bunch of soulful explorers. You will be able to borrow the book for the duration of the year, for 14 sessions total.
