This interactive Leader Lab session will focus on crafting new objectives for our strategic plan goals. We’ll have an opportunity to refresh our memories about the five strategic plan goals, practice writing objectives that meet an all-fellowship growth focus, and interact with other teams in an effort to connect our work with the whole. As we wrap up, you’ll work within your team on next steps for drafting your team’s objectives. Fun and laughter and interpersonal warmth included! Current and future leaders are welcome – you don’t need to be on a team to be a part of this session.
