Be sure to stay after the service on May 21st for our Annual Meeting & Volunteer Recognition! We will vote for Board of Trustees and Nominating Committee candidates. The slate of candidates will be sent via email closer to all eligible voting members. Our bylaws outline the criteria for voting membership. We will have both online and in-person options for voting. If you plan to attend via Zoom, we will use the same Zoom link used for Sunday Service that morning for ease of access. A quorum of 21 voting members is needed, and we will use a voice vote with a backup plan for balloting if needed. 

The Annual Meeting will also include our Volunteer Recognition, organized by the Member Services Team. We will be highlighting and honoring all of the incredible work that our amazing volunteers do for our Fellowship, and we hope you’ll join us in expressing our gratitude! And yes, there will be cake! 🙂
