With the rapidly changing demographics in our society, we are confronted with the challenge of restoring and reforming elderhood. Possibility Planning, as a tool to connect with joy, is one way we all can promote a new vision of aging.

Amy Smyth has dedicated her career to serving the aging population and supporting family caregivers. With over 20+ years of experience in aging services, Amy’s passion is to positively shape the way society views and supports older adults, and to make a lasting difference in the lives of elders and their families. She is the founder and owner of Honor Aging Coaching & Consulting and holds a Master’s degree in Gerontology, is a Certified Senior Advisor, and has a certificate in Spiritual Gerontology. Barry Smyth is an ordained minister, chaplain, and spiritual care advisor. He has a genuine passion for helping older adults navigate the challenges of aging and live fulfilling lives. Along with his church leadership experience, Barry also has served as a hospice chaplain for eight years, provided spiritual care in long-term care and assisted living, and has coordinated and conducted many funeral services. Barry’s heart is to empower individuals to overcome obstacles and embrace the aging process with grace and dignity.
