Join us for this fun and entertaining yearly tradition! This service will take place at Riverside Park at the Great River Folk Fest grounds at 9:30 AM. If you have folding chairs convenient, please bring them—otherwise, chairs will be provided. All are welcome, so please invite friends and family!

This year’s performer is Susan Werner. Susan is beyond question one of the most vibrant performing songwriters today. Her writing displays a sharp sense of humor, as well as providing a deep dive into the human condition. Classically trained in voice, Susan delivers her songs in a style clear as a bell. She composed an entire album asking religious questions—we may hear a selection or two from that. All Music Guide has written about Susan: “Werner is a songwriter and musician who is in such complete command of her gifts that it’s almost scary.”
