The term “spirituality” is often used as an alternative to “religion,” as when people describe themselves as “spiritual but not religious.” As with many words, the term can mean different things to different people and in different contexts. In this session of “Stand Up Theology,” we’ll unpack the various meanings of the term, and explore together the concept of “spiritual practice.”
