7 Rivers Cardiac Arrest Preparedness and Education, a local volunteer led nonprofit, will be conducting two non-certified training sessions in CPR and AED for us in November. The training will be mostly interactive, hands-on work to get everyone comfortable with CPR and the AED. These sessions are particularly great for anyone who volunteers on Sunday mornings, so please consider attending if you are a volunteer.
